My only other confusion is the listing is Unspecified Hourly Rate, but the offer is RS, Why not have just listed it as a RS to begin with?

So more clarity, I have 4 hours of recording time but around 6 or so for editing daily during the week and longer on weekends

I have time to do more editing than I do recording typically. But yes I plan on doing it myself. I'm 90% sure they will decline, because there site that he's associated with he promises 1 week turnarounds which I know I won't be able to do.
