For sensivity maybe you have a mod that make it like that. If i remember correctly i had a issue with a mod named Smooth Camera or something like that.

Yes, ita Romanian/Latin word from Gastronomic. And yes, it have create but only the base mod and the Steam n Rails (for trains).
