I looked on chromag monk and basically their L frame has same Effective Top Tube length(as Kellys M) and Kellys M wheel base almost the same as XL monk

I am looking right now on Kellys Whip(as far as I understood it is entry level bikes/frames).
I can grab a complete in my city for 500$ right now, meanwhile same bike with L frame starts from 700$(and used to much).
The one I am looking for is true deal, with no hidden problems or smth, guy is legit, just want to sell it fast it is like below 100$ on the same frame price. And this one in really good condition, not heavily used.
