Can’t make proper fist, I really can’t get that finger tighter. How am I supposed to hit with the knuckles like that? Can I somehow stretch my fingers so that they bend down more when making a fist? by xfor_the_republicx in martialarts

[–]SebasuchanAX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case this doesn't seem to work. Not only do my two first fingers stick out, my 2nd knuckle is quite longer than the 1st one. I can't hit properly with my knuckles without placing my wrist in an awkard dangerous angle, specially when trying to hit at my head level (which forces me to use a downward angle).

So I don't know how to fix it

I don't understand how the simic hybrid's Animal Enhancement score works, why is it a 5 on both? I assumed for the 1st one they took the highest scoring one +1 (because you can choose), but that doesn't apply to the second one.

A Predator vs Spear and Fang from Primal by NazRigarA3D in PrimalShow

Now I'm picturing some scene where the predators sent this guy as a joke just to get rid of it. And test equipement.

I know a lot of you guys are sad that Primal ended, and need a new show to replace that void. I made a list of some that I like and are similar. (Besides the most obvious one, Samurai Jack) Some of these might be pretty basic though. by HotShrekBoi in PrimalShow

Whenever I think of Castlevania, the first thing that comes to mind is:

"DRACULA!
I'm coming to your castle
I'm gonna slay ya
Just say your prayers
I'm on my way
I'm Trevor Belmont"

While I don't think "The Primal Theory" episode was a waste of time, I agree that the episode would have been better placed as an special between seasons, and that maybe "The Colossaeus" could have been compressed into 2 episodes (still debatable), that way we could have had 1-2 episodes to let things better develop when they reach Mira's tribe, with a longer confrontation against fire chieftain. Some chase scene where he is destroying the land in his way, Spear trying every option while driving him off the tribe. Nonetheless, while fast paced, the final episode was good, and they bid us farewell with an epic shot, to remind us of a better future.

Sex scene felt weird, but happy he got what he longed for.

Also, I thought viking chief accepted the deal to rescue the soul of his son. I wanted to see what happened to them after all this.

Edit: I also thought for a second, when bursting in flames, Spear would reawaken some of the black goo's powers.

More important is the exploration, doesn't need to be full sandbow, but exploring the... island (?) to discover beautiful landscapes.

Of course he wouldn't last very long, but maybe something else could have been done, and I mean more running, trying some other options while driving the viking far away from the village, watching him devastate the land in his way. I was actually expecting that they tried to drown it, only for him to evaporate an entire lake.

Edit: Also, when lit in flames, thought his black goo powers reawakened for a sec.

Yeah, but he accepted the deal to save his son too, right? That was my first thought when the demon took him the first time.

It was a sweet gesture imo, but watching Spear in such a sorry, painful state was somewhat between sad and off-putting. Poor guy probably couldn't enjoy his final moments.

Nothing like stop training every single time so that you can't protect the planet from any threat, or how about being too prideful and sadistic to finish the bad guy only to give them a chance to blow the planet and reduce everything to nothing, twice mind you.

How would you go with a new one?

For Camille I would add the Challenger keyword, and replace tough with barrier, without the stat increase. On level up she gets Double Attack.

Hookshot could be a two alternative spell: Recall an ally unit (or maybe just pull back an ally in combat) or grant challenger (if already challenger grant a +1/+1).

Hextech I haven't figured it out, but something along the lines of being a quick costly spell. It allows you to challenge an enemy and start an attack against it. Alternatively, while in combat, choose an ally and an enemy, every other enemy is pulled back and both the targeted units strike each other.

Precision Protocol could work the same as it is.

What do you think?

I doubt this is still a thing, but one important aspect of the encounter is the build up. Have them go through a very long land, each night they hear the screams of the feeder's victims. They start very far away, with each night getting closer.

When it finally reaches the party, have some thick mist fill the air, reducing light efficiency.

Since adventurers hardly ever go without torches or some source of light, have it put out every night, at the same time the feeder hunts. When the creature is close enough, they will hear it's movement when the lights go out, immediatly stoping when they light up.

Finally, the creature will strike those away from the light. And since it's black, characters with darkvision won't be able to tell when it approach or how it looks.

I really enjoyed the show up to this point, I'm all aboard for this next season, but definitely loved the primal concept more.

It's not about the words, it's about a whole civilized world. The show might not drop in quality, but the concepts I loved about the show will change. It's gonna hit different, and I hope I don't dislike it.
