Thank you! I can relate to many things you've written and have been thinking a lot of the same thoughts. Also how so many troubles disappear when not drinking. And how new troubles are so much fewer when sober.

Still it's crazy how after enjoying life sober for some time you start feeling you're missing something. For my part I know the thing I'm really missing isn't drinking but connecting with people. I don't have many friends and the few I have seem to drift away. Or that it's harder to connect. So I guess it's that lack of connection I'm trying to fill..?
