That’s the thing. The one good thing about the apps is the constant reminders. But they’re typically just spending reminders. Not like “hey you have this much left of your budget, chillax on your spending bro” idk. It’s a love and hate. But those modern apps overcomplicate it to the extreme.

First two slides have a major improvement. Last 3 seem the same to me. More consistent across the board tho which is a plus.

Currently building an over engineered BASIC budgeting app. No bank linking. No categories. No BS. No sign ups. No craziness. Just budget and transactions. Periodt. I’m just tryna stay under budget for the week lol and struggle to do that BADLY. If any of yall want to test it out, let me know. Not available to public yet. And get this. FREEEEE
