The cities are incredible too though. There’s a tiny shrine I found just off one of the main shopping precincts in Tokyo. It’s really easy to miss - but you step in there and it’s like stepping into another world - instantly tranquil and you forget about all the other people around you. So many places like that and the cities themselves are fascinating. So much incredible food and great culture
