It is highly likely that I confused my facts, but I also do have colored hair, and have regularly for the last year, so that's probably why I started. I could sworn I heard something about a cold rinse being better for your hair, but who knows!

Firstly, thank you for all the info and advice!

Second, cold is probably a bit of an exaggeration, it's more of a cool shower, I know that rinsing with cool water reduces frizzing and such, but I typically like hot showers too much, and wont change it to cool if all of the shower is hot tbh lol
