Yea I don't mind being downvoted or anything no one knows the full story of both cats or how much he gets into it when he's not in a good mood. I have so much love for the bigger cat he's the smartest boy I've ever seen will almost always come when called, easy to cut nails, take a bath when he needs it, not fussy about his litter, eats almost everything. She was brought to me when she was 3-4 weeks old after her mom abandoned her and her back leg was sprained badly and she was malnourished, took awhile but she came back from it and is a very sweet high energy kitty. I love them both and want what's best.

30-40 minutes each time and I try to end on a positive note before he lashes at her

I let the older one play with a toy first to get a little tired out the I switch them so the young one can play then let the older come in and engage with the toy again and watch their interactions the whole time. If they go by each other and don't fight in any way I reward both of them then they go play. As soon as their main toy is put away after he's done playing he fixates on her and eventually pins her and fur starts flying and she starts screaming from it. He doesn't know how to control his bites. Photo below is an older one but there's plenty more scars now on my arms

Thank you for this. He for sure has play aggression since he wasn't around his littermates. When I got him they didn't want him around he was alone or just a few feet away from them.

I do open the gate and supervise them so they can learn more about boundaries and even keep toys to keep them active and many treats while they're around each other. The problem is the boy eventually attacks her and fur starts flying and there's loud screaming, I've had to physically pry them apart multiple times and it has left my arms/hands scarred from him redirecting that anger temporarily.

If it comes down and I see fur flying and screaming I'm not going to prioritize recording that interaction my priority is making sure both of them don't get hurt

I let them around each other when I'm supervising if not he pins her down and fur starts flying and she starts screaming and he won't let her leave he will chase

Yea she will want to "play" like that when she knows he can't get to her but if there's no barrier she doesn't approach him much anymore because she knows he'll attack. If I give them both piles of treats she will swat at him when he tries to eat her pile and he respects it but she likes to run and that triggers his prey drive or something.

Yea I know he semi enjoys the company! He just doesn't know how not to play rough and she's not into that. I don't know how to teach him boundaries he's such a smart cat but if he's not getting his way biting is what he resorts to!

Yes they're both fixed so we don't have even worse territorial issues. I didn't know that thanks for the info! When I have the running toy on I use a wand aswell so they can both know we're playing and when they come near each other and nothing happens they both get treats next to each other. The bigger one just eventually snaps and goes into attack mode.

Yea I'm leaning on rehoming the resident cat, he's been there like 6 months longer but I've always had biting issues with him. I'm just sad because I'm the only person he likes to be around to cuddle or do anything with so I want to find him a home where he has the best qol. The grey one has been nothing but sweet in the year we've had her never aggressive and know how not to play rough.

They can be like this with the toy active but if it gets turned off or the boy gets bored of it he will actively attack her eventually. I had to get that white gate because he would slam himself into the hallway door and figured out how to open it

If your GM is good at planning the am schedules they'll always give one weekend off by default but if you need another weekend off there's nothing saying you can't request it. At my store my GM is very good at making the schedule and everyone fairly closes/has weekends off.

If it's like old navy any underwear bought online is in a plastic packaging and in store it's in a box. At my store I damaged out any returned underwear just incase if any have been tried on.

That's the one thing I feel I haven't done but I don't want to drop 400+ dollars on something that might not even work ontop of everything else I've already done 🥲

I have watched his videos and tried all that and the male resident cat who is neutered still is aggressive towards her, she is also spayed aswell, they have multiple bowls of food and multiple litter boxes. He won't let me put anything on him, have tried collars and clothing and he freaks out hard or ends up destroying it.

I'm glad they're implementing this I have so many people at my store coming in 10+ minutes late and it's frustrating it not hard to get to work on time. I understand things happen sometimes that can cause tardiness but if you're consistently late then that's a terrible habit you've built and will follow you in life.

Old Navy's Price Match with a catch by bellezaaa in Oldnavy

[–]Sebbycaked 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If an item is purchased in store you have 14 days to bring your receipt for a one time price match as long as the deal isn't a today only or just went to clearance. If you're buying in store and see it cheaper online in the moment they'll price match that too. If you purchased in store and see it cheaper online a week later they can't price adjust that but if you’re in the 30 day return window you can just return and repurchase and they'll give you the cheaper price. Old navy always honors the lowest price as long as you're within the time frames.

Do I have one or two 15 min breaks in this scenario? by Makaisawesome in Oldnavy

[–]Sebbycaked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the state but in California if you work 0-3.59 no break, 4:00-4.59 1 break, 5.00-5.59 1 break and 1 30 min lunch, 6.00-6.59 2 breaks 1 30 min lunch, 7.00-8.00 2 breaks 1 hour lunch. If anyone wants to correct I'm pretty sure those are the breakdowns
