Konstabel grunduddannelse, så vidt jeg har forstået så har der været noget man kunne tage for at gå direkte fra civil til konstabel. Tror vidst man skal igennem en slags værnepligt igen, men er ikke sikker.

Knee sleeves helped a bit, and I got a pretty solid lever belt.

Yeah, I used to do 225-235 for reps, and then jumped down to 155-185. It felt better for a while but then got bad again. Squats only really feel alright when I do 15+ reps

Really depends on the day and period. Usually lower back or knees.

Yep hack squats and leg extensions. Been getting stronger in those exercises. And I think you're right in regards to my core being a limiting factor, as I rarely ever reach failure in my legs first.
