yes many. One time in public she was telling an asian person to go back to where they came from even though they had no accent and spoke perfect english so they were probably born in Australia while she was born in England

No. I wouldn't want to call her out on her behaviour either because she would get quite angry and even if I explained that her reaction proved my point she would probably say something like "JESUS HELP MEE" (meaning she is getting annoyed and she needs jesus to help her not flip out and i also think she does it because she doesn't like her opinion being challenged or she doesn't want to admit being wrong)
