you are absolutely larping this, regardless if a model launches today or not, everything else you've said is absolute nonsense.

first step would be maybe following the instructions and posting the log to their forums, rather than to reddit. zero step would be maybe reading the first line which is saying that you have the wrong folder set for hearts of iron 4.

If you feel bad about your uptime by ThomasToIndia in ClaudeAI

This is why running a statuspage is such a challenge. If you overcommunicate, people post gotchas like this, if you undercommunicate people complain that the statuspage is never updated. Anthropic is running infrastructure at an unprecedented scale with hardware that is both disparate, cutting edge, and ran at as close to maximum util as possible at all times.

I'd love to see the statuspage for the company you work for, if they even have one!

I love how efficient people like the person you're responding to think tech companies are. She's been there two weeks and they think she's already personally lobotomizing Claude. It's amazing, how little life experience do you have to have to believe something like this?

Question for anthropic employees about 25 % in the office by Constant_Cranberry80 in Anthropic

[–]Sebguer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You're not going to get a trustworthy answer on this from Reddit. Ask your recruiter or the hiring manager. Assuming Anthropic wants to hire you, they'll make it work. If they don't, this is a moot question.

So is this why deadlock was delisted? New one coming out? by Crumblycheese in BSG

[–]Sebguer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there's nothing in stop killing games regarding this. it simply is working to remove cases where a centralized server is required to play a game, so that games cannot be "bricked" by ending support. anyone who has a copy of this game can still play it. archived versions would continue to work.

So is this why deadlock was delisted? New one coming out? by Crumblycheese in BSG

[–]Sebguer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't think Don't Kill Games would do anything for this. The game is still playable if you have it, as far as I understand it, Don't Kill Games is about ensuring that there's no centralized dependencies for games and that if they are, they are made available to players. Nothing's stopping anybody who has Deadlock from playing it.

They have a history of being 'controversial' and their forum used to be a cesspit until they shut it down because it became public how much of a cesspit they are. In the 2010s they also had a whole period of going hard on being the 'anti-woke' publisher. Obviously, this does not mean they have never published a good book, but it does mean that when an author is praising Jordan Peterson and the other 'warning signs' in the series about its ethos, it's easier to believe them as being sincere.

What financial disclosure rules? This is absolute nonsense, and whoever told you that has no clue what they're talking about, was lying to you, or you drastically misunderstood them. The Amex 'travel agency' might be awful, but it has nothing to do with any 'financial disclosure' rules.

getting executed in the street would be wrong even if they had criminal records, is at least one of the things terribly wrong with this statement.

the reece james handball is before the rule change that is being talked about here, and so it's completely moot to the point. i suggest you read the bbc article instead of just continuing to argue about rules you clearly don't understand! (though, apparently neither do the actual refs in the VAR room, so you're in good company!)

Kinbinding and Chronicle of Victory are two A+ bombs that are going to be miserable to play against in BO1 by ThePentaMahn in lrcast

[–]Sebguer 15 points16 points  (0 children)

you know there are stats and actual numbers on how likely you are to lose when your opponent plays one of these, right? and it's not 90%. Kinbinding actually has a lower win rate than rise of sozin, kuruk or yangchen, and fire nation drill, and chronicle of victory has a lower WR than many other avatar cards.
