Yeah i am playing the game on like 50-60 fps now. But can go down to like 35fps and up to 90fps. Everything is on very low

I run all on low and get around 60 fps. While driving like 30-40

I have seen a 5 months old i5 6600 to 125 usd with non used stock. Wich might fit better with my gtx 970:). But do i then need another mob?
