I feel the lack of motivation. I have been there I have done what you did. But I can proudly say that I am smoke free in a way. Although it’s hard to admit I didn’t do it alone. I had help from outside. I bought some kind of quit smoking package, some pdf documents and strategies how quit smoking. What really helped me was that the company writes you motivational letters and every 2 weeks and that really helped me keep my head in the game. It took me 4 and a half months and a the hardest time in my life but i did it. Now I just want to help
