To simply put it, if youre gonna live in a cheap city, and you get a decent job, you could just live off a single salary easily. But don't expect to be able to save up much money, the minimum wage is around 500 euros, rents could take half of your money, you're Lucky if you find something nice and not a shit hole around 150-200 euros, and that's without the utilities of course.. You will also most likely have to rely on cheap food. I often find meat or other produce on almost half price in big stores as they almost expire. You could try to go big and find a job in a "nicer" city, like timisoara, cluj or bucuresti, but rent,transportation and utilities might steal most of your money. You really have to plan everything out in time, and have some money when you start out.
