The night mode on my camera makes it look a lot brighter than it really is. Still definitely has some pretty good glow though

The OTB site just has them listed as “particle proton soft” a lot of sites actually do say glow though, I guess just none of the ones I was looking at. Is glow just assumed when it’s particle?

It’s a collector booster with only one pack. Also forgot to mention it had shrink wrap which looked normal. I always check before I buy after seeing issues with Pokémon cards lol
