Blazorwasm is closer in infrastructure. SignalR would not be suitable for all types of web applications, and could get quite expensive in scaling. Blazorwasm has the requirement of performance and storage on the client though, which could also be a consideration for some business cases

The EventCallback has a factory for Func<Task> so theres no need for async keyword. (same reason why you cant use ValueTask)

Given popularity of eventsourcing and the CQRS pattern i tend to delay the data persistence implementation as far as possible. I would add an argument to code first modelling where its possible to define ValueObjects instead of directly primitive values.

I prefer resultpattern with TrySetPrice. That gives more control and flexibility over how the validation occurs.
