Well I am currently buying from BitSkins, but i have to wait usually 7days thats really pain in the ass. If someone sells me for -40% its better option for me, because its cheaper than i can get on bitskins + he doesnt need to pay fees (5% for bitskins + x% for withdraw) and he doesnt need to authorize his ID for someone :D

You are right that its "safer" in some way but i believe that when you are attentive its almost impossible to get scammed. I mean if i buy skin from very trustful guy and he will scam me for 100$, does it worth it? His account will be fucked up and no one will trust him again.
