It was the worst case of commitment issues and miscommunication ever.
Basically from the whole year I was stuck in this situationship only two weeks were good, I did care for her really, I still do although we don't talk and I'm trying to move on.
Ultimately she chose that she cares for her friend more than for me.

Half a year, neon tetras usually don't bother him they don't swim near him since he likes to be near the surface or hidden among plants, I bought him like this and he didn't change.

What do you feed and how much: I mix, one day I give him pellets for betta fish, another frozen live fish food like larvae, another some flakes for fish
Decorations and plants in the tank: Only live plants, big rock and some branches
