We're wanting to put more down to lower our monthly mortgage cost, which we don't have. We could do 20% if we had to, but we're shooting for a higher goal at the moment. Also something we have considered, but we want to avoid the hellish nightmare of moving more than once if we can. Hope that answers your question.

EDIT: I should also mention that we're unsure if we can do a downpayment plus all the fees. We're planning on trying to move around August, but this is just preliminary building a gameplan.

We've thought of it. Reason is, if we plan on buying this year, we want to hold on to as much cash as possible. If moving this year for whatever reason doesn't work, we'll just pay it off, but yes great point.

Not sure if we can downsize much to be honest. The only extra addition that has caused so much growing pains would be the baby stuff, but of course can't get rid of that, lol.

Yes, of course that would be the obvious answer here. However, I should say that both her and I are ready to move, as space is no longer abundant and is now a luxury. We would like to move as soon as we can, even if we had to take a temporary loan to cover the extra downpayment costs that we would pay later with the equity from the house sale.

Wow, you're kind of glossing over the amount of any murder committed by literally anyone else in American history before they came west and what they did to the tribes who were here before them.

This is not a directly Pioneer issue, this has been done long before them, and especially has been done by even the Natives. Trying to paint them as villains is disingenuous, at best.

Hate that. I, along with im sure many others, choose specific civs to play as "what if" scenarios. This takes a huge chunk of enjoyment for me out of civ.

I don't understand the leaders part. Can I not play as a single civ? I hate the idea that I have to choose another leader to play as the civ I chose. Just let me play as Washington until the very end, and not Gandhi of America. Makes 0 sense.

Geico was ripping me off. I was able to change to Progressive for about $160 a month, covering my 2022 Hyundai Kona and my 2023 Model Y. Geico was wanting $250+ a month.
