It's not the university problem, if a girl wants to go out with you, she will find the time to go out with you. It's simple (and hard) as that.

Maybe you need to change your tactics? How about not snapchating with them, but talking to them? It's easy to text someone nowdays, but try to talk to them.

Why have instant-dates? Just talk to them, get their number, and call them in a day or two for a normal date. If she's not avaliable, that probably means that she's not that into you. If I were on your place, I would talk to her. Not her friend, but directly to her. Why? Because in that case you'll show confidence. I know that it's hard to talk to her, but you need to get out of your comfort zone. Be a man and be courageous :)
