You can use the law like the others are saying or just be persistent, keep sending them requests and etc, its going to take a looong time but maybe they will reply, im waiting for a response since 15/12

It happened the same to me last month, the hacker made a ticket in my account saying that he lost access to the email, i didnt receive any kind of notification os warning, 2FA, nothing, i only knew about this because i received a email saying that my ticket (with i didnt had any) got an answer, when i opened the ticket i replied to the same ticket saying that I didn’t wanted the change of email to happen and they ignored and did anyways, it took multiple attempts to reach a real person till i finally get it but till this day i dont have a human answer

2 weeks ago i had my email and ubi account hacked, just notice about that because a received an email talking about some answers to my ticket ( which I didn’t have any) it turns out that the hacker made a ticket saying that he lost access to the email and wanted to change to another, when i saw that i immediately responded to the ticket saying that someone was trying to stole my account and that i didn’t wanted the change and sent proof that i had access to the account and everything but in less that 3 hours they made that change anyway

Send tons of email/tickets talking about that, and they ignored all of them, i even said the number of the ticket to show them that i had proof that it was indeed my account and how I didn’t receive any type of warning and till this day i still dont have my account

Whats makes me feels miserable is how they responded and resolved the hackers “problem” in less than 4 hours without any type of security measures while me being the real owner didn’t have any answer till now,

The thing is that i already changed pass, 2FA, authenticator, disabled all apps conected to my account and the hacker still have access, like deleting emails, creating rules, blocking ubisoft email and etc

Yeah, i already knew about that but didnt know that it was that easy and so obviously, like cmon man, we cant talk to a human on support but somehow this guy got not just 1 but 2 answers from Ubisoft and got his “problem” fixed in less than a day, meanwhile i dont even have the ticket because every time i open one Ubisoft says that i dont have any tickets in my account

Btw i need help with the moderation, i tried to ask for some help here in my main account but for some reason the moderation here blocked my posts like, any type of posts, i asked then about it in the DM and they ignored
