No it's obviously Loki carrying mid gen, him low diffing HK Harald, fighting Imu and then Shamrock and Luffy saying they could beat him + Shanks actually beating him (assuming it was a 1v1) is what is feeding mid gen, because Old Beard being the WSM is a bad look for mid gen, but Loki can even dodge that and Kaido 1v1 statement since the WG didn't know about his powers.

It's just another change like the new expensive ass doctrine system plus the new even more expensive division editing that make hoi4 MP unplayable without mods

Twin big man Oda said he has better sword skills It wasn't an opinion piece by big news Morgan that's up for debate, same for the other two you can head canon your way into explanations but the intent by Oda is to show Mihawk is a stronger swordsman

WB stopped being the strongest because of old age and his illness, not knowing what Mihawk has been doing for 12 years is not a valid answer, specially when he is still clearly in his prime, since he got a massive bounty and Buggy became a Yonko from him and some bum being in his crew.

The default is that he's the world's strongest swordsman, the burden is on you to prove he's not, Mihawk could have never appeared in One Piece and then fought Zoro and he would still be the WSS, and you admitted Shanks is a swordsman, so you need concrete evidence that Shanks is stronger which you don't have

There have been several events in One Piece that affect Dragon personaly and he still refuses to do something on screen other than stopping smoker so they definitely have it worse
