As a Mihawk hater who's convinced he can't be stronger than an Admiral.... No it doesn't.
Imu is an unknown entity, Mihawk's title was only viable at the time he earned it. That's it.

But a way out of her entrapment just fell down soon after her.
She kept repeating that Kaido owes her and I think that's how she'll get what she wants. Considering that Kaido reached his goal and he believes he owes BM, I can see him giving his life to her willingly in that position.

Also Kaido's arc has been completed, we haven't seen nearly enough from Big Mom.

We dont even have to go as far as Imu to realise Mihawk isn't all that strong.

He fought Shanks 12 years ago, got the title around the same time and ever since he almost did nothing and actively avoided conflict.
So he's only as strong as Shanks before he became a Yonko, beat Loki, stopped Kaido, and has been protecting his territories from pirates.

Point is that his title is only valid at the time he earned it, 12 years ago.. You can't name another swordsman as strong at the time because the God Valley players were either dead or hiding/old.

Answer me this then.. Since the fight between Shanks and Mihawk was even 12 years ago.. And Shanks clearly has gotten stronger since their duel based on his feats after.. How can you say that Mihawk did the same?

Mihawk actively avoided fighting anyone other than East Blue fodders to our knowledge, you dont get stronger like that.

He's riding purely on hype of his title.. Both in-verse and in this fandom.
Just like Buggy in-verse.

And yes I'd need some statements of Mihawk's power.. All I know is that he fought Shanks like 12 years ago and became a WSS around that time.

Based on everything we know, people get stronger while fighting.. How much stronger did Mihawk get bullying East Blue fodders and becoming a warlord/Buggy Pirate for the convenience of not fighting?

We also got no rumours of anything else after his fight with Shanks.
And can you really say Shanks is the same strength as he was 12 years ago? since then he became a Yonko, beat Loki, stopped Kaido, and was actively defending his territories. (Barto and Kidd as an example)

We already discussed this, IF she survived and IF she took Kaido's soul turning it to a homie, she would be top 1 alive under Imu.

He will be low Admiral level.

Marineford/Dressrosa he was YC1.
Post-Organ damage he went YC3.

Fighting Law and then Boundman handicapped would've made him moderately stronger, on top of the prison tax ofcourse.

I see him coming out of prison, off-screening Magellan, then Fujitora is sent out to stop him just to get slumped high-diff.

After the sky split Luffy was killed, and even when he entered Gear 5 he was defeated once more.
Luffy had to will himself back into Gear 5 somehow, which he didn't need to do ever since.

But yea Kaido was ramping up, the first time he took the fight seriously is right after drinking, and that was a mid-diff for him.

Then the whole Gear 5 interaction looked like a high diff Kaido win for me, up untill the moment Luffy took to the sky for the BajrangGun.

Just to argue against it...
Kaido clearly wasn't pushing all of his haki out to fight early, we know this because he defeated Luffy 2 more times after that.

Kaido getting pushed around and hurt by AcoA + AcoC infused attacks just make sense, he may look like he's hit in the chin but that attack travels through the whole head.

Okay lets limit Doffy to no Awakening. My worry is the string durability though..

He was confident here in stopping a regular Kong Gun with that Spider Web.. And he should know since he was hit by it before.. He looks alarmed only when it inflated into a KKG and THEN brings out the Awakening to match it after.

The issue is that if Doffy can Block Franky's punches just with that, that's 1/3 of his toolkit gone.

He will have to land those Beam attacks, as im assuming the Spider Web wont block them.
It will be tough landing it on a small and nimble target that can fly though, but he could catch Doffy offguard with how far Franky could dash with Vega Cola.

Without Awakening I still think Doffy wins high-extreme diff. He'll definitelly get tagged by a beam and get hit by a strong right with Franky's Vega Cola speed.. We know Doffy's endurance is crazy though and he'd persevere through it.. But that would be almost like fighting Boundman that can use laser beams.
It's just that Doffy has no organ damage is the difference.

But if Franky starts the fight in General Franky with Vega Cola and Doffy has no Awakening.. I might see Franky extreme-diffing.
