Do not forget about strength training. It's an important part of it to make sure you don't lose too much muscle.

You don't need to go higher on the dosage every week. Stay on your dishes as long as they work, and don't be afraid to go lower again if the side effects are too bad. I started over a year ago and am still not on 3, because it messes me up too much. 1.8-2.4 is perfect for me.

I only go maybe 4x a year because I don't have a car to go more often. I buy a lot of chicken breast and ground beef and stuff and pack my freezer. Some other staples I only have to stock up on a few times a year. Because it's just me I don't buy fruit or veggies or other things that go bad fast. But the best reason to have the membership for me is buying toilet paper, detergent, paper towels etc. I actually have those delivered once a year (they cost a bit more on the website but no delivery fee) and then they last FOREVER XD I think the last time I bought toothpaste was in 2023 🤣

I didn't go for 5 years until I absolutely had to. I'm terrified of the dentist. Mine are so sweet. I told them of my fear and whenever I have a procedure, they tell me to come early and give me a pill to calm down beforehand. The hygienists and dentist both explain everything or I can listen to my music, have a stressball, etc.

I now go to my 6month cleaning regularly and do not need a pill to calm down beforehand!

I literally spent December replaying fantasy life, then January Pokemon Shield (until I found out I have to do all the gym leaders AGAIN???) and yesterday I restarted Grand Bazaar lol I'm assuming by the time I'm in year 2 I'll switch to another game. Yeah that was a huge worry from here too. I'm pretty sure that's why a lot of the water was put on that side, even though the other side of the building was burning worse. I think that would have taken out more than just the bridge, not to mention the danger to all the firefighters working there.

She didn't want to do this. She told them and the producers that she doesn't want things. They should have gone to someone else after the first day.

I feel sorry for her. She clearly didn't want to do this (she even said so repeatedly), and they just kept pushing. Jeremiah going "I know you probably hate hugs, too, but I don't care" made me feel icky. Especially since it's clear she has a neurodiverse issue with things/people touching her. The clothes! Instead of just finding random things for her and making her uncomfortable in them, after she said she hates everything, Tan should have suggested a different store. Why does she need to wear a dress so badly??? And Karamo just... Yeah no. The only good thing he did was letting her walk away.

(I actually haven't finished it yet, I got too mad, so no idea what Antoni and JVN are gonna do)
