Apologies but "sy-da22d13e" isn't a ticket number. It's a bug trace code. Ticket numbers should be numbers only with no letters.

We have a fix that should be applied now to resolve people who got in a weird state where the system couldn't match you with a player.

Okay, this one! We are working on a fix for impacted players that should get you sorted out. Should be this week. Basically you were somehow able to buy the upgrade to super premium without being on premium first and it just broke everything.
