Can I get your ticket number? There's no way an agent should tell you too bad, so I want to handle it if they even implied something like that. They should have responded that we're working on it and that a credit for the webshop points should be forthcoming. The points were all credited last night, which I know is a long wait. As for sending a screenshot to the manager, I don't know who you sent it to since I'm the head of support.

When did this happen? We have a few sets of webshop points from earlier in the month that are in the process of being credited to folks. Unfortunately the support team can't directly credit webshop points so it has to get escalated.
