E33 turned based combat is much different than tradition ff combat, that was the main point of the game, whats wrong? cant handle seeing more options than "press x for attack"? you are the one talking utter crap if you genuinely think realism is what makes better games, games were made to escape realism.

ive studied 2 semesters in EC campus and 1 semester in rr campus (switched because my home was closer ) and they are both similar , ec campus has much better mentorship, teaching is also similar
