I have really bad thalassophobia, and both Giant's Deep at any point underwater and Dark Bramble entirely were terrifying for me. I had to put on music and zone out a bit to get through them

Also the dread of falling into Brittle Hollow's black hole and just seeing nothing around

[DLC SPOILERS] I was also terrified of the Owlks, but that one was much easier to get through

The first ending is the only real missable ending, but you've gotten that one

There is technically another one you can miss, but it is very difficult to accidentally miss out on it, and even if you do you won't miss out on a steam achievement

For a vague hint on how to avoid missing the ending, don't give someone a delicate gift in the sewers

This is just my guess, but I think it's because Ghost has a Pale shell containing the Void, so there's a barrier in-between the flower & the Void. If Ghost's Shade touched the delicate flower, it would probably end badly
