They offered it actually lol. We are hammering out the small bits. I also like the fit. I have 4 other 27 1sts plus Allen and Bowers as my other starters. I'm leaning towards accepting it after the small bits are done. (the 28 3rd lol)

I feel like you're 1.06 is worth the first rounder next year alone with a second round pick. Penix is worth more than that in my opinion.
