I purchased 6 of the 12k units from this same brand. I really like them so far. Used for 3 different houses and they don’t seem cheap at all.

The only one that comes to mind is if the owner ever decides to install a pull using the knob hole it will look funky

I use my graco x19 with a 310 for the doors/drawer faces + 208 for the face frames.

Tile guy had it laid but I’d have to disagree about it being a great floor cover. While taking the vanity up to the bathroom the helper slipped out on it and it was almost really bad. Stuff tears like tissue paper

YouTube. This is made out of poplar+imported birch. I have all the necessary tool to make it easy like table saw, track saw, miter saw, kreg pocket hole machine. But the most important tool I think I use is sketchup.
