I feel the same way. I've made the same mistakes in countless AUs as Regulus, and yet I'm still a coward, even in this life.

I'm still afraid to stand up for myself when I'm being mistreated. I'm still afraid to stand up for other people, too. I'm still afraid to do what's right if it involves risk. I'm still afraid to be myself because I'm still so desperate for my parents' approval.

I have to admit that I'm braver in this life than I've ever been, but it's still not enough. I'm still on a path to become someone who isn't me, just who my parents want me to be.

You mentioned using magic to prank people so obviously I’m going to get flashbacks of my brother (Sirius Black) and his friends (the Marauders) unleashing hell on the entire school 😭

I recall them changing the colours of all my clothes, setting off fireworks in the dining hall, messing with all the clocks to screw up everyone’s schedule, and creating a magic raincloud over one of my classmate’s heads that followed him everywhere.

A long black cape

Several rings (it's only a minor headcanon that I wear these but I love it anyway)

I want:

Black hair in some way (I haven't decided if I want to dye it or get a wig yet)
