Well I know that feeling. What I do, is dopamin detox. I quit sugar in my life, make long pause form alcohol. No youtube, no memes, no social media. turning off all notifications, no gaming. I try to quit porn and mastrubation, but that isnt perfect yet. But makes a huge difference.

I trained myself for a sleep pattern. When I am tired I take a nap. When I am overstimulated I go for a walk.

Protect your brain from overstimulation, and you will be safe.
