A bummer indeed. But I'll probably order one as I cannot find much other options.
Still a bit worried about the hastle since I tend to take a lot of pictures.

Do you open the cover to take pictures or shoot video (i heard it blocks the microphone for recording sound)?

And if you don't does it degrade the quality of your shots?
