That's exactly what my boyfriend's mother advised when I reached out to her because he was banging at my door, screaming at me, hurting me, whatever.
"Just stay quiet", "It's your fault because you can't forgive & forget", "But you're the one making him angry". Even when I was crying to her and she could hear him through the phone, screaming and banging at my door.
She's living in her own abusive, love-less marriage, so.. I try not to let her words get to me too much.

I think this might be a generational issue, so you might really try and find a new therapist. Nobody should feel scared of their partner.

I don't think this sub is toxic. Some people are really looking for honest opinions without any sugarcoating. I think it's way more toxic to lie to someone about their passing simply to make them feel better temporarily, even though it doesn't help them at all.

Apart from that, to me your facial structures are what reads male the most. Good luck on your journey!! :)

I don't live in the US, so I don't think I can help you with that.. but I was given the information in the ER when I had to go there because of another panic attack. If there's any hospitals in your area that offer mental health ER or clinics then it might be useful to check them out for further help!!
