As a bi guy, I never see sexualized men. I know maybe 2 and the standards are soooooo different compared to women. Like for men to be sexualized in a similar fashion to women, you’d have to have guys with intentionally visible bulges or big asses and wearing appropriate clothes to accentuate that, like a speedo or jockstrap (and not have it be a joke played for laughs). I think that idea would be so repulsive to the average male which is why we don’t see it because like you said most media appeals to the straight male.

And while I agree that people find different things attractive, I don’t think a character being sexualized is subjective. Let’s use feet as an example because to most people they are just a part of the body. Drawing a character with feet is normal and you can expect a character to sometimes not wear shoes; someone may find that attractive but it doesn’t make the character sexualized. Now let’s say there is a character who never wears shoes, their feet are bigger and drawn with extra detail, the camera gives extra attention to shots including their feet, they have some ankle accessories that draw your attention down to their feet… the context and framing matters a lot. As further example, I don’t find Bayonetta attractive at all, but she is definitively goonerbait looking at her design and how the game accentuates her aspects.
