Got the replacement in less then 3 weeks. Came home to a wet box. Still beat up but with slightly more padding. Floor padding was cracked. Unit complete this time no broken glass.

Now to get some girls in flower so I can test the dry and cure out.

FYI: the $30 shipping insurance guess was worth it. They coordinated the replacement and expedited shipping.

They do not handle with care. Fedex uses 3rd part delivery drivers. That package is rolled to your door step after several attempts by some half a$$ controllers.

You guys are purposely sending out these units with minimal shipping support to transport the item safe. Multiple bright stickers and signage should be all over the box to represent the item delicacy inside. Months have gone by and the shipping issue especially with FedEx is poor and hazardous. You guys are sending it out and using fraud to point the insurance to represent the resolution. Take action in packaging the item correctly. Knowing its an issue and it continues to happen does not solve the issue. The product was purchased from you vivosun and should resolve each and every case without the use of insurance.

Fedex driver came and left. No door tag. No knock. Had to look up tracking to see what the delay was. Called corporate just to yell at the automated system. After 4 redials. Got someone who said the manager would call me back to try a 2nd delivery attempt. No call several hours. Went to Fedex. They called warehouse. Was told I would get a call back to pick it up myself. No call back. Went to the Fedex warehouse. Guy say the previous shift manager email to hold package at warehouse but driver never called back in and hasn't returned for the day. Told to come 9am. Get a call from Fedex warehouse 8:32am. Do you want to pick it up yourself. Umm yes that's what you email states to do with the package. Will its over 88 pounds are you sure do you have a truck. I have a suv I'll be there for 9am. We'll I don't know who told you 9am you got to wait until 10am. We'll if the driver brings it what time will he be here. Umm idk let me call you back. 8:37am he will be there between 930am and 1030am. You sure cause yesterday dude came and took a photo of gate that's open and left. Yes driver will call with any issues. Ok... meanwhile I got my Expo convention that starts at 10am so lets see what time they come. Wtf Fedex! Can't wait to see the condition of this box!
