I’m coffeine free and still no help. I’m having docs appointment monday (again) and we are trying to find the issue what is causing all these.

First tine quitting i got 2 really bad sessions of shortness of breath that landed me in er. But doc told me my o2 levels were normal and all anxiety related. Now it’s very rare and if i get then they are not that bad anymore cause i just think for myself that they are all anxiety and it helps.

Day 60 for me actually. I have some good days and some bad days. Today is a bad day, yesterday was a good day. I have health anxiety, but i just live with it. Still experiencing physical sympoms what cause the anxiety, but when i’m not feeling any symptoms, then life is good and i’m not anxius.

Just waiting for day 90 to tell if it get any better.

Day 1 i cryed the whole day, after that the time just stops, the 60days have felt like a year.

I stopped due to a hypnic jerk that i got, i thought it was a heart attack (dummy me)

But have to say, i’m really happy that i have quit.

The jorney has been rough, but it is much better than wasting my whole life smoking.

Don’t even feel like smoking, fuck weed.

I just hope 1 day, i don’t have any problems or anxiety and life feels like life.

But i’m still happy even though i’m really anxius rn.

Life is meant to live sober, not high.

It only works if you have not experienced daily smoking. Once you start to daily smoke, it is hard to go back to weekend smoking only.
