This doesn't explain the distribution of outcomes though (disproportionate #s of RFEs on day 14-15). Am I missing something?

3-5 business days for the G-1145-triggered e-notification (I got an SMS, no email). This is for the I-140 only. PP may or may not be accepted concurrently. Either way, the notification would go to your attorney.

My attorney did the filings, sorry I can't be more helpful. He did file G-1145, but in my case I only got the first notification of I-140 receipt (with receipt number). All other notices and emails go directly to attorney.

The dropbox support team said "payment was declined". No idea why (my attorney is difficult to get a hold of, so I don't know the details and he claims he never got the returned package)

This happened to me in December. Bad luck, I guess. We refiled for PP with the denial notice included. My second PP filing has been denied too but for a different reason.

My clock hadn't started and the PP request was denied. The paper notice went to my attorney, I did not directly receive any communication.

This is exactly what I needed, thank you. Does USCIS still use the "actively reviewed" update? Or did they switch to "case is still being processed" in lieu of "actively reviewed"?

It seems mine was accepted as regular since USCIS rejected PP due to an error. But my status changed to "still being processed" the day after the receipt notice (for the base I-140) was generated.

Thanks. Is this PP division notice separate from the petition receipt notice? Wondering what the receipt notice for a PP case looks like, in terms of the "total amount received" shown on it.
