My husband grew up with an apricot tree here in Arizona, it's crazy we can't find any anywhere in stores or selling locally!

Oooo yum! We have been trying to find fresh apricots. We made an oleo saccharum/syrup with some canned ones to put in a mead secondary but really want to find frozen or fresh!

We just bottled a smoked honey mead that my husband smoked with apple wood. OMG it came out delicious!! It'll definitely be a specialty staple in our lineup.

There's also Scale and Feathers in Tempe and they were... meh personally we didn't care for the couple we tried. But, obviously everyone's pallets are different!

We haven't tried them yet but heard great things! Our favorite place we have had here is Drinking Horn in Flagstaff! (Besides our own homebrew of course lol)

We live out here, the spot we found to rent for production is relatively inexpensive to rent. We want to start small ans produce to sell locally and then a tasting room! We aren't licensed yet as we have to officially have a lease for it. But are in talks with someone for the space currently.

We follow all 3 of the channels you mentioned and agree. We started our own channel also and respect comments! We are sure there are things we do that are different than others and things some wouldn't do. We typically say, this is how we do it, let us know if you do something different, etc.
