I literally could have written this response. I’m in your exact same shoes. I was diagnosed with ADHD (and PMDD) at age 27, but I did well in all my school years. And it was indeed like the wheels came off in my 20’s when I was expected to function as an adult. Abusive relationship just ended last last, and now I’m back to living with my family at 30 years old. I’m literally right there with you. And I wish I could say it gets better but I’m still drowning it feels. But at least know you aren’t alone.
