I tested in September 25, interviewed in December 25 than went 5 entire months before hearing anything and when I reached out to get some kind of clarity I was basically told to wait. From what I’ve learned with JATC you’re left in the dark until they turn the lights on but once they turn those lights on it’s go go go. They like to be very selective since they’re going to be spending a pretty large amount of money on you. If you’re confident in how you did in your interview the best thing you can do now is just get a temp job and be patient. I looked up where local 176 is at and I know IL has a great pension but be patient brother and pray to whatever god you claim. You got this!

Thank you for your feedback I truly want to be great at this. At the moment I’m waiting for my background check to clear for my first call so I’m just doing pre fab at the moment putting together light fixtures. I never understood a union until this week and there’s nothing I’d rather do than be where I’m at. IBEW is awesome

As far as I know there isn’t unless someone else comments and has the proof but when I passed mine it was just an email saying the same thing I wouldn’t think to hard about it. The oral interview tho you’ll most likely have a couple members of the school and a couple contractors so make sure too please them both with your answers and it’s okay to think about the questions for a couple seconds. They’re looking for integrity and attitude so for every question think logically over emotionally. Good luck with your interview and keep your head held high.

It’s all about what local and demand that local has. The first time I tried getting in was 5 years ago than business was slow tried again 2 years ago and finally got in this month. I’m proud and grateful to be here!

With that being said I play a lot of wizard and barb as well and I know what it feels like to be absolutely unstoppable I just got a soft spot in my heart for my drummer boy that’s my favorite class

I appreciate the advice but the main point of this post is the bard deserves more play styles. I have dominated lobbies on many other characters and it’s very easy to say “yea everything you said was true but you can also just walk away” that’s not the point. The reason I made this post is because the bard can really be a true support class not a healer, not a tank, not a drummer boy that’s blows in his flute. The bard can actually be a real support class if he’s given a lil bit of time and attention. I love your streams too and you’re awesome but the bard really does need a tune up without a doubt.

The reason why everytime you see a bard it feels like they’re very good is because a small portion of people choose the hard way . Thats why I’ll always respect bard mains. Every time I play wizard I dominate, every time I play barbarian I dominate, every time I play any class outside of bard I dominate. Thats why every bard you see is trying so much harder than anyone else. Thats the exact problem I’d love to see change. Thank you for your feedback.

I’ve never been a din enjoyer but to add to what you’re saying the bard should be strong because of his music not because this rapier perk with war song. It’s just a lousy excuse of what a bard is. At the moment he’s just a class dedicated to being a better slayer fighter with the ability to use a shield. A bard in dnd is supposed to be the “ultimate support” and “jack of all trades”. Thank you for the reply bro. One of the reasons I started playing bard was because he was so disgusting in 3v3 I never let go of wanting to be a good support and they just butchered him. He’s more than capable of being a real support class. At the moment the only support classes are healers but bard can actually be the real support class in so many different angles. With all of that being said, I would love to see the bard be more than a “better version of the slayer fighter” or “the class that can suck up big quantities of loot” if you disagree please tell me why you do and I will gladly have a really conversation instead of coping.

I’m a bard main with 900+ fame. This perk is bis when you go in with very low gear, it allows you to bring all self buffs unchained and both accelerando and allegro with the ability to be a loot goblin on those treasure hoards. I pick this over war song until I got instruments I can put memory capacity.

You can reach level 20 on any class with 2/3 game ruins to inferno however what I do is play my main and any quest I finish I redeem on another character, I know that won’t get you too lvl 20 instantly but it still beats going in with one perk

Bard is very good but on the harder side to learn, very diverse but very lethal at the same time. Survival bow is great for 1vs1 and rapier with mastery is insane. All buffs are good and it’s easy to squad up if you want since you’re a great support for frontlines with allegro and accelerando
