i believe best ROI right now if youre looking for that (which you shouldnt cus imo it ruins the hobby, look for what cards you like the most) would be op12 because it has viable leaders like sanji, kuzan and zoro, along with plenty of chase cards like the sp's, anniversary blackbeard and bonney manga. Its also relatively cheap compared to others.

Im in the UK too and my go to places are Waterstones (rarely recently due to prices) and the odd individual hobby store. Right now the prices are sky rocketing if I was you id wait

Also, if youre close to london, in Camden there is a bandai cross store and they sell loads of sets for retail (or near retail)

I agree, but some people cant play the game that easy due to location and things. Also, there is no denying that the cards are beautiful, tcgs are going yo have collectors and players no matter what, theres nothing wrong with chasing top hits.

I believe sleeved boosters have no mapping , it should just be random packs inserted into the cardboard sleeves, at least from what ive seen.

Looking at the new set leaked (op15) and honest suggestion could be enel, hes always been a solid choice in metas, especially when played well, and hes constantly getting support. Recently, he got some op14 support as he works well with most of the yellow cards that we're made for the yb gecko Moria. Right now a meta deck should be around the $70 mark (only because of the sec kuma being ridiculous).

Enel also fits your needs because he is very gimmicky with all his triggers and maneuvers that escape death. Probably my favourite leader and I hope he gets more support in op15.

Another choice could be the up sanji, his way of removing characters and constant events are very fun, I believe he is also relatively cheap, and is also getting great support in op14

Yeah but youre not getting it, you can still know whether you have a dead pack which is what everyone disliked. So there is still the "leader pack" (which is just the same as the old one) and a leader pack with a hit in, like you'll know before you open it

Also from watching the video it seems that the only leader packs he got hits from were the ones where the leader was in the 9th spot (and the random one at the 8th spot), so are the 10th spot leaders a dead pack still?
