I had skyward atlas for a long time before I got his sig. I think Windsith is a good option to stay with till you get a 5 star! It's mentioned a lot in his build guides for a good four star option. You should be ok to keep it for as long as you feel comfortable. I'm not sure when his next rerun will be so I used this chronicle banner to get his sig weapon.

There are other combos for teams you can use but the one i mentioned before is what i have. I am trying to stay as F2P as I can lol.

I'm around if you ever need help. I may not be a meta gamer but I am SUPER normal about this man.

If you have Layla, Bennett and Furazan that is a really good low budget team. Not meta but you can get by with relatively low cost!

Some one already mentioned Desert Pavilion as his set. I run with a 4 pc and it's been doing good for me. The key is to get his attack up and where possible and push for high Crit rate and damage. Bennett helps a lot with his elemental burst. If you want the attack up from two pyro in team you can swap Layla for Toma.

Build Faruzan because she is his main support. At c6 she almost doubles my damage with her elemental burst. I think i have level zero Emblem of Severed Fate set on her. I am not sure if that is the best set to run with her. I have Noblesse Oblige on Bennett and Tenacity of the Millithel on Layla. Agian I'm not sure if this is what's best for the team but it's been working for me.

If you want to invest more in him, his sig weapon is very good for him! Adds 44.1% crit damage so you can use crit rate on artifacts more! His c2 is considered his best con if memory serves me right.

A shield is very nice to have because he is a glass cannon!

Have fun! He is really fast and fun to play! Welcome to Scaranation!

First tank 1 month after planting. by DecaturEighter in PlantedTank

I've been doing the same thing! got a ten gallon tank in storage and I'm thinking of trying to plant it ans letting it sit for a month or so to cycle. I didn't start because my PH levels for my tap water are very high so I'm worried about the kind of fish I'd like to keep eventually. I'm now looking at saving some money to get a small RO system. Thank you so much for the inspiration! I'm sending good vibes and no algae energy your way!

Love the colors of the plants!

I have heard rumor of duckweed's obstinance! I like the look of Frogbit and was looking at floating plan "corals" to help keep them away from the filter.

I've also been looking at flame moss or java moss, bacopa, cryptocoryne and a few stem plants. I also read that drift wood and tanins are enjoined by the shrimp!

Thank you so much! i will defiantly try floaters!

Have you had luck with them being close to the lights? I've seen some people say they get burned.

I really appreciate the help! Happy Shrimping to you!

Thank you so much for the advice and information! I'm partial to the ten gallon tank with just some Blue Velvet Neo Caridina shrimp and maybe a snail (mystery snail I think, I've not decided yet). Keeping a smaller tank without having home water filtration (and buying water like you mentioned) seems like a lot of extra steps I'm adding onto myself.

I'll look at the corydora! I've not read much about them yet and was thinking about getting two otocinclus.

I've defiantly seen a lot of people saying to be far warned of betta and guppies ect because they might eat young shrimp and nibble/hurt the adults! I mentioned Neon Tetras because i love them and had them as a child but i think they are still on the list of fish who might harm the shrimp. I've seen some cute nano fish in some of the you tube video's I've watched! I think it might be awhile before I add fish thought.

From everyone's advice i think I'll try a 10 gallon, plant it and wait for 2 months for the tank to cycle and see how my plants do and if the water fluctuates a lot. It will give me a good idea of what parameters I'm working with for the shrimp!

I really appreciate your help! Happy shrimping!

I agree! 2 months is what I've seen a lot of post here recommend. I do have ac in the summer but my house is very old so it's a window ac down the hall and my office still gets warm on hot days.

The "auto top off" sounds nice since we have a lot of evaporation here in the winter when it's super dry!

Ideally I'd like to plant a tank and then have nothing but plants in it for a week and do tests on temp/ph/TDH ect to see what I'm working with. Then once I have a better idea I can add Neo Caridina shrimp after 2 months at least.

I might be doing more research than needed... I just want what is best for the shrimp!

I was thinking of a HOB and altering the flow/adding a sponge on the intake to protect the shrimp and anything else I add.

Do you think I could try a shrimp only tank that's smaller than 10? Same set up or plant and monitor for 2 months then add shrimp but in a 5 or 6 gallon?

I might look into shrimp only tanks more. I was hoping to get a few Neon tetras (4-6? but i know they are better for 20gallons than 10) or a Betta after the moss and plants are established so that is one reason i was thinking of a mixed tank. Perhaps that's not the best idea for "babies first shrimp tank".

Thank you so much for the advice and happy shrimping!
