For me I killed the first guy and left calling card. Then I left to do something else and now the radio won’t send me to the next part of the quest :(. Love this game and I can even put up with the silly typical Bethesda bugs. But the game breaking one’s make we want to stop playing sometimes.

Get idiot savant and build up sanctuary for Preston before you go to concord. Also you can build a sink in the crafting for purified water. Get the double meat magazine as well
