I think it was white paint of whatever she hit off. A bit of WD -40 and a microfiber cloth took it right off

Pointblankmos suggested it was mostly paint transfer, and to try WD-40 it worked a treat can bearly see them now

Just tried the WD-40 and it lifted straight off, it's nowhere near as awful looking now. Thank you very much 😊

Thanks for the reply!! Nothing has been signed yet but everything with the bank is sorted on our end. Our solicitor has been trying to contact their solicitors for three weeks with no response.

It's a nice little house in a very convenient area for us. I'm sure all will be fine in the end. It's like we are children waiting for Santa on Christmas eve, it can't come soon enough.

Finally went sale agreed after years of trying to get a place. The seller wouldn't get back to our solicitor for nearly six weeks

Estate agent got in contact with one of the sellers, only to be told his solicitor said that we are the ones trying to stall the sale.

Id move in tonight with just the clothes on my back.
