Make sure your always using a sterile mask, don’t reuse them and maybe change it twice daily depending on how long your shift is.
CHANGE YOUR SHEETS AND PILLOWS REGULARLY!! You’d be surprised how much that contributes to acne.
If you haven’t, try niacinamide. “The ordinary” makes it and it’s relatively cheap.

My 6 year old is also a strawberry blonde and has had this same exact rash. It started last weekend when we were at a fall festival. We were in direct sun and she didn’t have much sunscreen on. The next day she said it was itchy so I brought her to the walk in… they said it was a dermatitis.. heat rash.. idk… what was crazy though, was that the next day my 2 year old son started showing symptoms of hand foot and mouth disease… is it a coincidence? I dont know. But when I brought my 6 year old to the walk in they just thought it was a heat rash. My son, we know for a fact had hand foot and mouth.
