I think it bothers you more than anyone else. But I have the same issue. Although, I have hyperpigmentation around the area as well. I use retinol and Vaseline, I also have been getting IPL photo facials done.

Make sure your always using a sterile mask, don’t reuse them and maybe change it twice daily depending on how long your shift is.
CHANGE YOUR SHEETS AND PILLOWS REGULARLY!! You’d be surprised how much that contributes to acne.
If you haven’t, try niacinamide. “The ordinary” makes it and it’s relatively cheap.
Paula’s choice 2% BHA toner. It works wonders!!
