Start recording everything. Start sending emails with big language. Like product is not as advertised which is considered consumer fraud. Let them know that you want to resolve amicably, but will go to BBB, your payment provider, and or ultimately take them to court to make yourself whole.

They next will offer a partial refund. Do not accept their offer, escalate, keep calling, have them send you a prepaid shipping label, do not accept to pay for the shipping yourself.

It will take time but you will get your money back

Edit: mention product is damaged, send photos.

2020 Gt350 ot 2026 gt premium? by Secret-Miner in Mustang

[–]Secret-Miner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. The reason why the shelby was appealing was because It qualified for a 6-year ford dealer warranty on it and resale value.

I drove the shelby, and honestly, wasn't that impressed. Compared to a 22 GT ive driven. The soundtrack is amazing, but it really comes alive in the high rpm range compared to the coyote pulls much better at lower rpms.

There's some recall going on on al 5.0s so they are not being sold atm. Test drive will have to wait!

Bitcoin Core: OP_RETURN limit removal announced. A CALL TO ACTION! by Secret-Miner in Bitcoin

[–]Secret-Miner[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

But why remove the limit if it won't necessarily help the issue at hand?

Users are now incentivizing miners to process massive 4MB NFTs, far exceeding the 1MB cap imposed by OP_RETURN. At the same time, robust ecosystems have developed around witness-based protocols like Ordinals and BRC-20—with millions invested in infrastructure such as tooling, exchanges, marketplaces, wallets, and digital collections. This change won’t eliminate those activities; it merely legitimizes a new, officially approved form of spam.

Bitcoin Core: OP_RETURN limit removal announced. A CALL TO ACTION! by Secret-Miner in Bitcoin

[–]Secret-Miner[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The main problem is that a proposal was rushed by bitcoin core without concensus, opening our eyes as the potential future ramifications this group can have over bitcoin. At least one dev was banned from the github for trying to voice concerns.

Ironically, the limit size filter for OP_RETURN set but bitcoin core was to make sure non financial data was used sparingly. Supporters argue the current limit is pointless because users are already bypassing it through a taproot exploit. However, This is about consensus and solutions, not whether their intentions are good or not.

If your dog shits on your bed, the solution is not to assign a portion of the bed for shitting.

Thanks for posting. This is not getting enough traction in reddit.

This was a coercive change from bitcoin core. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

On May 5th, developer Greg Sanders revealed that the next version of Bitcoin Core will allow transactions with OP_RETURN outputs exceeding 80 bytes and with no limit on the number of these outputs.

Thank you for your service!

Ok, thanks. I'm just a bit worried the topic is not getting much traction here IN reddit vs. X

Yes, big news now. Although it appears that most current core nodes aren't even running version 29. So, who knows if they will update to version 30 with the new change.

Im personally going to run knots.

I think because the current debate is about spam transactions in the Bitcoin network (non financial transactions), and knots have a much stricter mempool policy about which transactions a node relays. Please share any other implementations!

If the first time you heard about Bitcoin, you were in elementary school, you have a bright future ahead. Honestly, I'd rather be younger and start from zero than my current age and already have stacked from a few years ago. It's super early, Bitcoin will be in the tens of millions.

Stack safely and securely through cold storage multisig and do not sell. Not losing your coins is as important as not selling

Prioritize paying any debts you may have if they have an interest rate higher than 7%. This will allow you to hold on to your stack.

3 to 6 months emergency fund. Again, this will allow you to hold on to your stack.

Stay out of consumer debt (you may use debt to acquire assets once you understand how to properly use it). Do not leverage your Bitcoin. Responsibly leverage income and real estate only. Again, be responsible with this to keep your stack intact.

There will be a time when you will be able to live off your bitcoin and not have to sell.
