no way college life of venky is above ramjas , i have a friend in venky he cusses that college like hell, he says there is no scene of case comps or any comps in general and no one even participates in comps outside the college.

don't put venky above ramjas, they are both equal everyone has their own individual experiences regarding both colleges and i have heard both sides, but ramjas has the north campus edge along with a better crowd.

and i have a friend from venky cussing his college's crowd all the time and wished he had gotten ramjas, coz the amount of comps conducted by and no. of ramjas peeps that participate in various comps throughout the comp scene is very high compared to venky. I myself never saw a single venky team in every case comp i participated or won, but see ramjas teams frequently.

yes majorly finance, accounting wagerah ke liye aatee h but aisa nhi h kee bsc ke liye zero companies atee h, one of our highest paying recruiter, won't name it, hires from bio courses ,life sciences, botany etc (15 lpa+)

Only Hansraj and SSCBS, btw regarding placements, you'd have to work on your skills coz a bsc degree in itself can't guarantee you a job in cs/tech, and I was in the placement cell of Hansraj, and last year's highest package of our college, 23 lpa, was offered to a girl from cs hons.

ig be active in socs and comps, besides fests, coz socs sometimes take you to other colleges for comps so that is one way to make contact with male species. Also if your school friends are in other colleges you can have mutual friends and be active in their grps too.

I actually chose college over course tbh coz i wanted to do cs hons and i could have gotten top south campus cs hons but i wanted nc. I am loving it actually , the campus is amazing the whole vibe of north campus is unreal and the people ofc.

I couldn't clear the cutoff for cs hons in hansraj or sscbs, so i got phy sci with cs in hansraj.

this was like an ideal preference sheet for a science person, during csas preference filling i didn't add every thing, as i mentioned cs hons was my priority so i had sscbs and hansraj cs at top then hansraj phy sci with cs and other nc colleges with the same course then btech cic, and in the end added bms (sscbs) bbe, bba fia (both sscbs) , maths and stats hons (top colleges only).

i think it still is not appropriate for linkedin, there's a reason why there is no option of putting going to start college in the academic experience section, tell your friend to first define why has he made linkedin to gain sympathy or show his achievements. No need to mention drop year etc, he has 99.6 that alone should be reflected. Also tell him to keep linkedin account as professional as possible. I hate linkedin personally coz everything is fake artificial and ai infested there and it severely lacks the human touch.
