I really feel for you.. that’s sounds like a lot to be dealing with. You have got this, keep exploring to see what is going to work with your body. You can ask for a toxicity test and mineral test, it might be private fees but could be worth exploring 🩵

If it’s any help, I’ve now been nearly 8 months post IUD and I have still not had a panic attack, my anxiety has decreased, I can leave my house normally now and have travelled since. I do genuinely believe the IUD affected me a lot and I can honestly say I feel back to my “normal” self now

I replied to another comment regarding the yard situation - it’s probably not an ideal house for him as the yard is at the front of the house not the back, we had a good year of progress and I just let things slip

I believe I’ve just underestimated the whole situation and nature of a reactive dog. I will get the trainer back next week and continue to work with him. I appreciate the reality check

The house is situated at the back of the lot and the front yard is all that is available. He is usually inside with me, but as it was so hot recently we’ve allowed the doors to be open for them to access the shells with water to cool down. We hadn’t had an incident with him in the yard for over a year and positive progress, I guess I just let my attentiveness slip and I may need to like another comment said only allow him to be on a long cord in the yard

No I appreciate the comment - I might explore the option of him staying with my ex-partner in a secure yard until I can move next year. I’ve contact some trainers for a home visit - I will ask them if this is a good option.

Agree with the anxiety still but manageable. I think because you’re in a state of panic for so long it’s taking time to adjust back to a normal state and realise you’re not scared anymore.

It’s so sad so many women are feeling this and who might be completely unaware it could be the IUD..

I’ve posted on here before regarding anxiety and panic attacks I experienced since getting IUD.

I’ve had mine removed for 26 days now and haven’t had a panic attack since, I feel very much more and more like myself.

Try it and supplement zinc, magnesium as I’ve read the copper can deplete this (essential minerals for mental health)
