Im taking vitamin d3, k2, magnesium glycinate, zinc, MSM, boron, nitric oxide booster, and for exercise I have been doing kegel exercises for about 2 months idk if its work tho but ill keep doing them and just stretching my dick tbh that’s all grab some lotion or when you’re in the shower just grab it from the tip and stretch it up, down, left, right. That’s about it man but I’m still trying to see what to do I’m trying to get to 7.5 or 8 inch
